Valdeko Kangro Profile Page

It is with great appreciation unto our Lord Jesus that we hereby announce the appointment of Pastor, Valdeko Kangro in the capacity of Senior Elder. Pastor Kangro is reticent to employ the use of titles and accolades, however he is indeed recognized as a Beloved Father in the Faith, and has rightfully served for many years in the ministry of: Apostle, Overseer, and Bishop; having under his charge a significant number of local parishes in various States. It has been my privilege to know this precious servant of our Lord for approximately 47 years; having first met him at Coudersport, Pennsylvania in Summer of 1965. Brother Kangro is a man of deep spirituality and earnest prayer. Warren, Allison, and myself visited him recently and were greatly blessed and ministered unto by the rich deposit of the precious Holy Spirit flowing out from his life.

Our dear brother miraculously escaped his native Estonia, during the Nazi years; with only the clothes upon his back, his Bible, and his prized violin. Valdeko was, from an early age, a devout follower of the Lord Jesus Christ. A naturally gifted musician and composer, he was also a diligent student and a rigorous self-disciplinarian. Early on, these admirable traits garnered the attention of professors and persons of import in the musical world; leading Valdeko into the role of a professional musician and eventually to the Conductorship of the Estonian State Symphony Orchestra. He is now in his ninety-seventh year, and remains very much “on fire” for the Lord, and very able in the discharging his ministerial obligations and duties.
